• Assist Operation Dept in daily operations.
• Responding to sales queries via phone, email, fax and other communication tools.
• Work closely with the internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as cashier job , prepare delivery documents, daily sales reports, sales transactions, correspondences with customer , support on logistic arrangement , support on operation dept required report ,filing documents, etc.
