Jawatan Kosong Building Manager in Putrajaya

• To manage, supervise and monitor maintenance and administration staff and conduct regular meeting and briefing with maintenance team on operational matters/issues.
• To carry out effective supervision on the day to day operation and administration of the properties including building and ground maintenance.
• Responsible for identify and drawing up specifications, obtaining quotations for materials, preparing summary and recommending contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely renewals of licenses, permits and service contracts, etc.
• Prepare maintenance checklist, supervise and monitor performance of service contractor i.e. Security, Cleaner, Pest Control and others.
• Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for all section (M&E, Civil, Landscape & Housekeeping)
• Co-ordination of building area rectification works to ensure that all common facilities are in good and working conditions, conduct schedule inspections on the physical maintenance and submission of recommendation on upgrading works, if necessary.
• To build a good rapport with owners and residents and to ensure prompt response to tenant's feedback and complaints.
• Able to liaise with resident and attend regular meeting with the committee.
• To submit timely monthly management & maintenance progress reports to Client and the Company.
• To ensure all site matter issue solve on time and report to management if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
