Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, IP PBX, and SIP Trunking.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telephony issues.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and health checks.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Prepare basic service reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP, IP PBX, SIP, TCP/IP, and networking concepts.
• Willing to learn and develop technical skills in VoIP solutions.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for on-site support when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
