As an authorised service centre for Epson and other leading brands, we are committed to delivering reliable technical support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of printers, copiers, and large-format devices.
• Service and support Epson machines and other recognised brands, both in-house and at client sites.
• Identify and resolve issues with consumables (inkjet inks, toners, drums), paper jams, and mechanical faults.
• Maintain accurate records of service reports, repairs, and part replacements.
• Assist in inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
• Provide technical support and training to customers when necessary.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in the service environment.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in servicing copiers, printers, or related peripherals is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epson products is an added advantage.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for on-site servicing.
