Job Descriptions

 To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers

 Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers

and/or management.

 Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargo

transportations/status.

 Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.

 Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.

 Maintain a systematic document filing.

 Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.

 Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head.

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field
• Positive working attitude & be a good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g., Excel/words.
• Shipping/ logistics management, good interpersonal skills
• Neat and discipline on documentation.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu.
