Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive in Kota Bharu

1. Menjana Jualan Jersi Silkscreen dan Sublimation

• Memberi maklumbalas kepada pelanggan melalui lead yang disediakan 100% oleh pihak syarikat. Kebanyakan pelanggan melibatkan:
• Pasukan sukan (sekolah, kolej, kelab)
• Organisasi, jabatan kerajaan, NGO
• Acara korporat atau komuniti
• Acara tidak formal seperti family day dan sebagainya.
• Menjana invoice di dalam sistem
• Mencapai sasaran jualan yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat

2. Khidmat Pelanggan & Rundingan

• Mendengar keperluan pelanggan berkenaan jenis jersi, design, dan kuantiti
• Mencadangkan jenis cetakan yang sesuai (silkscreen atau sublimation)
• Memberikan khidmat nasihat tentang material, ketahanan warna, dan pilihan reka bentuk

3. Koordinasi Design & Tempahan

• Menyediakan mockup berdasarkan kehendak pelanggan
• Menguruskan pengesahan design akhir dari pelanggan sebelum produksi
• Memastikan butiran tempahan betul (saiz, kuantiti, nama/nombor jersi, tarikh siap)

4. Pantau Proses Pengeluaran

• Menyemak status pengeluaran di bahagian production
• Memastikan produk dihantar dalam tempoh yang dijanjikan
• Kualiti jersi adalah mengikut spesifikasi

5. Penghantaran & Susulan

• Memberikan maklumat tracking kepada pelanggan
• Follow-up untuk maklum balas dan repeat order

6. Pentadbiran

• Menyimpan rekod pelanggan dan transaksi
• Mengemas kini senarai prospek dan peluang jualan

Syarat Asas yang Perlu Ada

• Minat menjual dan ingin menjana gaji yang tinggi.
• Design software (asas): Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. Latihan akan diberikan bagi yang tiada pengalaman.
• Kemahiran komputer: Boleh menggunakan komputer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
