REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma and above in related field
• Willing to learn
• Honest and responsible
• Hardworking and multitasking
• Able to communicate with other people
• Can work as team member and can be independent

JOB SCOPE:

• Prepare offer letters and contracts.
• Prepare payroll
• Help out with other HR tasks when needed.
• Add information about employees to files and databases.
• Update necessary files and folders about the job.
• Maintains physical and digital filing systems
• Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
• Others tasks that may be assigned
