Bellman

We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented Bellman to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will assist guests with their luggage, provide arrival and departure assistance, and ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with carrying luggage to and from guest rooms.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room facilities.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Assist with guest requests and coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, luggage storage area, and other assigned areas.
• Handle guests' luggage carefully and ensure proper luggage storage and identification.
• Assist with guest transportation arrangements and other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional conduct and deliver courteous, attentive service at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage.
• Presentable, polite, responsible, and guest-oriented.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Able to work effectively with other hotel departments.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
