Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Retail Assistant to manage daily operations at our Bayu Somerset outlet in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya for a 3-month contract period. If you have a flair for fashion and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and engage with customers on the sales floor
• Operate POS system and manage transactions
• Maintain store presentation, including folding and visual standards
• Provide fitting room assistance and product knowledge
• Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries
• Replenish stock on the floor based on inventory data
• Perform daily stock counts and assist in stockroom organization
• Fulfill and prepare online customer orders (if applicable)
• Execute weekly task checklists and store SOPs
• Promote services such as : Ship To Customer, Loyalty Programme, Order Pick-Up Incentive

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Experience in retail is a plus (fashion retail preferred)
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to handle fast-paced retail environment

Reporting to:
Area Manager / Outlet Manager
