Jawatan Kosong Store Supervisor Cafe Mesra @PETRONAS Kerteh in Kemaman

Responsibility

Responsible for assisting the station manager in executing station operations during scheduled shifts, deploying and leading the shift team to deliver great customer service.

This includes opening /closing the station, supervising employees, delegating responsibilities, training staff as needed and developing positive relationships with the staff & provides feedback to store manager on staff performance .

• Supervise all station day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Supervise store level personnel and in charge of seamless daily operation from opening to closing of station
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Plan stock, perform inventory planning and purchase goods for respective station
• Perform inventory database for both consumables and food raw materials
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations – including monitor and supervise 3rd party (contractors), to provide QA/QC
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
• Ensure food served at the highest quality level
