Jawatan Kosong Pastry Assistant in Sandakan

As a Pastry Assistant your role is to assist the Pastry Chef & grow the department with all things sugary , sweet & spark joy! We welcome creative free - play and challenging of traditions in terms of what falls categorically under Pastry / Dessert / Bakery . Your skill in baking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes . To pass that knowledge on to Junior Apprentices. With the final & only clear objective of enhancing customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele.

Scope :

· Work with Chef Patron to design Cakes, Pastries, Plated Desserts & Treats offering for daily sales.

· Create plated dessert for thematic Chef Table events according to given brief.

· Propose & Manage Production of Merchandise.

· Manage daily production schedule.

· Monitor stocks & costing for baking ingredients.

· Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used in pastry department.

· Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Rotational shift
