Job Description

1. Procurement

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for catering materials, equipment, and services.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
• Monitor market trends to improve procurement efficiency.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Coordinate with departments to forecast supply needs.

3. Document Control

• Organize and maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and contracts.

4. Vendor Management

• Build strong supplier relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly.

5. Cost & Compliance

• Monitor procurement costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations.

Requirement

• Degree of Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in related field
