ABOUT US

KhanMobile is a fast-growing mobile retail and repair business specializing in iPhones, trade-ins and repair services. We operate multiple branches and are expanding aggressively.

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Manager who can lead our team, drive sales, and scale operations — not just manage, but grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Team Management

• Oversee daily operations across all branches
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure SOP compliance and smooth branch operations

2. Sales & Performance

• Drive monthly sales targets and improve overall performance
• Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion, repair, staff productivity)
• Push team to achieve aggressive targets

3. Marketing Execution

• Execute marketing campaigns (promotions, TikTok content, in-store offers)
• Work with management to implement sales strategies and campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and improve results

4. Business Growth

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency
• Improve processes, team structure, and branch performance
• Support expansion plans and new initiatives

5. Reporting & Accountability

• Provide daily and weekly performance reports
• Track branch performance, staff issues and operational challenges

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in retail / operations / sales management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Results-driven mindset (focused on sales and profit, not just tasks)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Experience in mobile phone retail / repair / consumer electronics is a plus

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive basic salary (RM3,000 – RM5,000 depending on experience)
