Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
• Facility Management: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and timely maintenance; manage vendor relationships.
• Resident Engagement: Organize social activities, address resident concerns, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• HR Management: Lead dormitory staff, oversee recruitment, training, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws and industry standards, conduct audits, and maintain records.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with external stakeholders and represent the dormitory at events.
• Additional Duties: Develop policies, monitor performance, stay updated on industry trends, and lead emergency response efforts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
