CHOCOLICIOUS SDN BHD Jobs Ogos 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform cashiering function / Cashiering counter closing.
• Issue of Receipts Upon Purchase – check the coding of the product, pricing, etc.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Ensure that inventory is kept at reasonable level and involve in periodical stock take
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and priced.
• To check on the daily stock and expiry date of the goods
• Handle daily operation of retail outlet and meet sales target
• Weekly updating stock balance of goods and coordinate with Warehouse Department for replenishment.
• Responsible to maintain the quality and inspection of goods received from warehouse department with proper handling and storage.
• Handle customer with courteous at all times.
• Monitor sales (all products ranch) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduate encourages to apply.
• Proficiency in the English, Mandarin and local Chinese dialect
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline
• Hardworking, Responsible and Good Attitude.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Provide excellent customer service skills in accordance with the company guidelines.
