Jawatan Kosong Indoor/Outdoor Technician in Kota Damansara

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of massage chairs and healthcare equipment indoors.
• Repair and refurbish massage chairs based on stock availability.
• Test and recycle spare parts for transfer to the spare parts team and outdoor technician team.
• Load and unload massage chairs for delivery, setup, or termination.
• Dismantle write-offs for massage chairs.
• Conduct operational tests on machines and equipment.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all tasks.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to the manager.
• Demonstrate independence in handling tasks assigned for indoor operations.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated.

OR

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, servicing and repairing massage chairs and healthcare equipment.
• Operate and test machine and equipment.
• Provide on-site service and support to our customers, interact maturely with our customers, troubleshoot and solve their problems.
• Follow safety procedure while working.
• Report submits on time to manager.
• Independent when assigned outstation task.
• To perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary (SPM) or Diploma in electrical/electronic.
• Basic knowledge of electronics/eletricals is required.
• Experience with SIRIM will be considered an advantage.
• A valid license is required, and the candidate must be willing to travel out of town (Outdoor Technician)
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with knowledge of electronics and electrical systems are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
