Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant cum Operation in Kangar

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing daily administrative tasks for the assigned contract projects, ensuring efficient support as directed by the superior

Key Responsibilities

• Input data entry, prepare correspondence, memos and other materials
• Maintain and update files and database
• Organize and schedule meeting, appointment and conference as and when required
• Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
• Assist in daily operation needs & front office activities
• Assist the Operation Manager and Supervisor in paperwork and tasks
• Maintain good filing system and retrieval of records
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
• Active to follow up on assigned tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Work as Office Administrator / HR or similar role with at least 2 years working experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbal, is vital
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to work independently and handling pressure with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and demands
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred
• Posses own transport and driving license. Able to work outside of Perlis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
