Jawatan Kosong Legal Executive in Ipoh

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio
• To handle IP applications and registrations
• To assist in drafting and reviewing various company documents such as correspondences, contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Legal research, draft, review, comment on legal documentation and highlight to Management the risks/exposure, possible breaches and non-compliance
• To monitor and comply with legal deadlines
• To observe the changes in respective legislation and provide advice to the team on potential impacts
• To maintain accurate and organize records of all legal files and documentations, ensuring all data are up-to-date at all times
• To liaise and communicate effectively with external legal counsels, developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies
• To assist with company secretarial matters

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in law
• Required language(s)(speak and write): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
• Candidates who are good at drafting of proposal are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
