Kelayakan:-

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia atau yang berkaitan.
• Sekurangnya mempunyai 3 tahun pengalaman ke atas
• Mempunyai pengetahuan berkenaan Akta Kerja 1955
