Job Description:

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in promoting not only the restaurant but also our signature dishes and product offerings. From creating engaging campaigns to building product awareness, you will gain valuable experience in driving sales and growing the restaurant’s brand through strategic marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Content Creation: Assist in developing creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), focusing on both the restaurant ambiance and our food/products.
• Product Promotion: Support the development of campaigns highlighting new or signature dishes/products, including photography, storytelling, and promotions.
• Market Research: Conduct research on customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends to help shape product promotion strategies.
• Event Promotion: Help coordinate and promote special events, food launches, and product-specific promotions.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers online and offline, gathering feedback and promoting special offers or new menu items.
• Email Marketing: Assist in creating and sending out newsletters or email campaigns to promote restaurant offerings and product specials.
• Sales Analysis: Help track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product promotions, providing insights for future improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong creativity with an eye for design, photography, and social media.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to think strategically about marketing campaigns and product promotion.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for food and the restaurant industry.
