FM Tomyam House merupakan sebuah restoran masakan Thai yang telah beroperasi di Ipoh sejak tahun 2011 dan semakin berkembang pesat serta popular dalam kalangan pelanggan tempatan. Seiring perkembangan operasi kami, kami sedang mencari Kitchen Helper yang rajin, cepat belajar dan mampu bekerja dalam suasana dapur yang pantas serta sibuk.

Gaji, Manfaat & Ganjaran Tambahan:

• Gaji asas: RM1,700 – RM1,900 (bergantung kepada pengalaman & prestasi)
• Elaun kehadiran: RM100 setiap bulan
• Makanan untuk staf disediakan dua kali sehari

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Membantu penyediaan bahan masakan seperti mencuci, memotong dan menyiapkan bahan mentah
• Menyokong proses memasak mengikut arahan chef / cook
• Memastikan makanan disediakan mengikut standard kualiti dan SOP restoran
• Menjaga kebersihan dapur, peralatan serta kawasan kerja pada setiap masa
• Mengurus dan menyusun stok bahan mentah dengan teratur
• Membantu operasi dapur semasa waktu puncak (peak hours)
• Memastikan pematuhan terhadap amalan kebersihan & keselamatan makanan
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan dapur untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi harian

Kelayakan:

• Umur 20 – 40 tahun
• Pengalaman dalam F&B / dapur adalah satu kelebihan
• Rajin, bertanggungjawab dan berdisiplin
• Mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran pantas dan tekanan
• Sihat tubuh badan dan cergas
• Boleh bekerja pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum

Laluan Kerjaya:
Kitchen Helper → Cook→ Senior Cook → Kitchen Leader→ Head Chef

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
