Borneo XHub Job Vacancies Ogos 2026

• The duties and responsibilities of this position cover the following functions within the Human Resources (HR) unit’s Services section:
• Human capital planning and budgeting;
• Compensation management including remuneration strategies and operations of remuneration packages for new appointments; and
• Provision of data to support the University’s accreditation and quality requirements such as programme accreditations and other governmental requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing related HR activities and new initiatives.
• Carry out follow-up actions required to ensure smooth HR operations daily.
• Monitor proactively and find solutions for any issues, and to improve on work processes or procedures.
• Assist in overseeing HR projects assigned or new initiatives.
• Liaise with the relevant government authorities and statutory bodies for compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
• Liaise and interact with other external parties such as compensation consultants on relevant matters.
• Liaise and interact with internal parties on relevant matters including compliance with requirements of various accreditation bodies.
• Maintain proper records and data so as to conduct analysis and provide timely information of HR matters when required.
• Provide accurate information, educate and advise staff on HR matters including compliance of policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field with minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations.
• Relevant work experience in various functions of human resources – particularly human capital planning, compensation, remuneration packages, employee statistics and related HR operations.
• Familiar with the current employment regulations and requirements as well as various government and statutory bodies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
