Jawatan Kosong CSER Manager Compliance in Tiram

CSER Manager usually stands for Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Manager (sometimes also called Corporate Social & Ethical Responsibility Manager).

This role is commonly found in manufacturing, electronics, apparel, and multinational companies that need to comply with customer, legal, and sustainability requirements.

Main Job Scope1. Social Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical employment practices.
• Monitor working hours, wages, benefits, and employee welfare.
• Prevent issues such as child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and harassment.

2. Customer & Third-Party Audits

• Prepare for customer audits (e.g., Walmart, Nike, Apple, HP, Dell, etc.).
• Coordinate social responsibility and ethical sourcing audits.
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

3. Environmental Compliance

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Monitor waste management, emissions, energy usage, and sustainability initiatives.
• Work closely with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams.

4. Policy & Procedure Development

• Develop and maintain CSR/ESG policies.
• Implement company codes of conduct and ethical business practices.
• Train employees on compliance requirements.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate with customers, auditors, government agencies, and NGOs.
• Prepare sustainability or CSR reports.
• Support community engagement programs.

6. Risk Assessment & Improvement

• Identify compliance risks.
• Conduct internal audits.
