JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform daily system transactions to ensure all operational activities are properly recorded.

• Verify the accuracy of information updated in the system against the database to maintain data integrity.

• Update and maintain existing records to ensure all information is current and accurate.

• Prepare reports as required to support operational monitoring and management review.

• Organize and file documents systematically to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.

• Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Superior from time to time.

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure proper coordination and documentation of deliveries.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM qualification, high school diploma, or equivalent.
