Job Summary

A personal driver, or chauffeur, provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for company directors and their families. This role requires a high degree of discretion, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. The driver is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company vehicle and assists with various errands.

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation Services:
• Safely and efficiently transport directors and their children to various locations, including schools, offices, appointments, and other destinations as required.
• Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure timely arrivals, using navigation tools and local knowledge to account for traffic, road conditions, and weather.
• Maintain a high level of punctuality and adhere strictly to the schedule provided by management.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Upkeep:
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean and well-maintained, both inside and out.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections, checking all critical components like fuel, oil, and tire pressure.
• Schedule and send the company vehicle for regular cleaning, servicing, and repairs.
• Source reliable car parts suppliers and reputable car workshops for all vehicle servicing and repair needs, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
• Report any mechanical issues or damage to the management promptly.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Be fully responsible for the safety of all passengers and the vehicle at all times.
• Administrative and Other Duties:
