Labuan Marine Services Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies November 2026

• Manage daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update employees' personal files, employment records and confidential information.
• Prepare employment letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, promotion letters, transfer letters and termination letters.
• Monitor employees' probation periods, contract renewals and employment confirmation.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, medical leave and overtime records.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and exit procedures.
• Monitor staff movements, transfers, resignations and employee turnover.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments.
• Prepare monthly payslips and maintain payroll records.
• Calculate and process statutory contributions, including:
• Employees Provident Fund (EPF).
• Social Security Organisation (SOCSO).
• Employment Insurance System (EIS / SIP).
• Monthly Tax Deduction (PCB / MTD).
• Ensure timely submission and payment of statutory contributions.
• Prepare annual employee tax documents, including EA Forms and relevant payroll reports.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on payroll and statutory contribution matters.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
