Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Director in daily business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal departments, project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, business opportunities, and project-related matters to support management decision-making.
• Review, prepare, and translate business documents, reports, correspondence, contracts, and presentation materials in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Assist the Director in reviewing management reports, project updates, contracts, and other important business documents.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between headquarters, project teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, business travel arrangements, and related logistics.
• Assist in organizing business meetings, client visits, project inspections, corporate events, and official functions.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by the Director.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields.
• Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction projects, engineering processes, project management, or data center infrastructure.
• Ability to understand technical documents, project reports, contracts, drawings, and industry-related terminology.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and business etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
• Experience supporting senior executives, directors, or C-level management will be an added advantage.
