• Provide administrative support to Trucking outbound loading & delivery operations
• Responsible for outbound registration counter
• Manage the daily documentation of loading & delivery
• Delivery management - Database, documentation of loading & delivery
• Office facilities & Equipment maintenance, log book, etc
• Support billing, report, general administrative supplies, etc
• Able to work shift & overtime, includes Public Holiday & Weekend. Familiar with EXCEL
• High sense of responsibility, urgency, teamwork & strong commitment to the job assignment.
