Social Media, Marketing & PR Crisis Management

• Content Creation: Manage and execute the company’s social media activities across TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to maintain strong engagement and customer satisfaction.
• PR Crisis Management: Monitor online conversations and customer feedback for potential reputational risks, including complaints, negative reviews, or misinformation. Escalate critical matters to management and assist in preparing professional responses and communication strategies.
• Strategy & Planning: Plan and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to support brand awareness and sales initiatives while maintaining a positive company image.

Design & Creative

• Visual Content: Create visually appealing designs for office materials, magazines, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and digital platforms.

Requirements:
