As a Sales Executive – Sutures & Operating Room Supplies at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our surgical portfolio across assigned healthcare institutions. You will work closely with surgeons, operating theatre personnel, and key decision-makers to promote our sutures and operating room solutions, provide product support and clinical education, and identify opportunities to expand market share. This role combines strategic account management, relationship building, and hands-on support in the clinical setting to ensure healthcare professionals receive the highest level of service while achieving sustainable business growth for B. Braun.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by achieving territory and product sales targets, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating theatre staff, procurement teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders to support long-term business growth.
• Support tenders, quotations, and contract opportunities by working closely with internal stakeholders to secure new accounts and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and in-theatre support, including ethical operating room attendance when required, to ensure optimal product usage and customer outcomes.
• Manage sales activities effectively through territory planning, CRM updates, opportunity tracking, reporting, and market intelligence gathering, including competitor monitoring.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance by handling product complaints, supporting pharmacovigilance processes, managing account collections, and participating in ongoing training and industry events.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Science.
• Min 2 - 3 years above of experience in healthcare sales, preferably medical devices.
• Various selling techniques and able to apply / demonstrate it during business / product promotion to customers.
• Able to support cases within the operating theatre.
