Position: Admin & Operations Executive

We help clients manage conditions such as sprains, slipped discs, scoliosis, sciatica, and long-term muscle and joint pain—without surgery or medication.

Role Overview

The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the clinic to ensure smooth business operations. This role provides administrative support to management, coordinates customer services, manages documentation, supports financial and HR processes, and assists with business development initiatives while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth business activities.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, reports, agreements, records, and filing systems.

• Handle quotations, invoices, official receipts, payment records, and daily sales documentation.

• Assist with monthly sales reports and administrative support for accounting purposes.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining employee records.

• Support daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers when required.

• Assist in organizing company events, promotions, and operational projects.

• Support marketing activities, including website updates, promotional materials, and online reputation management.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Management or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in administration, clinic operations or customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Able to work independently and in a team.
