Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, cash flow, fixed assets, and inventory).
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and financial statements for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Manage payments, collections, and monitoring of company cash flow.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Audit & Compliance

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities during annual audit and tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Establish and monitor internal control processes to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
• Conduct internal checks, stock take monitoring, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Highlight compliance risks and propose corrective measures to management.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving finance policies, SOPs, and reporting systems.
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc finance, compliance, and operational assignments as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
