RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Design and integrate software and hardware to achieve automated DC and RF test solutions, in high volume test environment.
• Design and develop applications on various test platforms
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support engineering test projects
• Document test system and software designs
• Create test plans, procedures, and reports
• Support design verification testing
• Test program buyoff activities in lab & basic fail mode analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing and test product development.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
• Software development and debug experience, plus to have experience on ATE Teradyne and LTX platform.
• Familiar with C/C++/Visual Basic VBA.
• Experience in test equipment including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
• Knowledgeable in RF Test including s-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, TOI, and harmonics.
• Knowledgeable in GPIB, IEEE 488.2, I2C communications
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
