Job Description:

• Assist to advertise vacancies in a wide range of ONLINE and OFFLINE media resources.
• Advising on various platform to attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including preparation for interviews and salary negotiations.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Language required: English, Malay. Able to communicate in Chinese language is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
