Jawatan Kosong Technical Support Tier 1 Mandarin + English in Kuala Lumpur

I. General skill requirements:

1. More than 3 years of experience in Internet operation and maintenance or cloud platform operation and maintenance, unified recruitment of undergraduate degree or above, and be familiar with cloud computing technologies and products.

2. Understand Linux system management and Tcp/IP protocol, and understand the use of tools for troubleshooting analysis and performance tuning.

3. Understand the technical principles and common solution ideas of knowledge points such as DNS/LB/CDN/DB/security attack and defense/disaster recovery architecture/high concurrency tuning.

4. Have good communication, expression, presentation and logical thinking abilities, good service consciousness and collaboration consciousness, strong sense of responsibility and strong stress resistance.

5. Pass the TCA cloud operation and maintenance engineer certification.

II. Language requirements:

1. For overseas, the language ability required by customers should be supported, including English/Japanese/Korean. At the same time, Chinese should also be understood.

III. General quality requirements:

1. Have good service consciousness and sense of responsibility, and be able to put oneself in the customer's shoes and be anxious about what the customer is anxious about.

2. Have good communication, expression and logic, and be able to state and analyze in an orderly manner.

3. Have good learning ability and stress resistance, and be able to actively face challenges and pressure.

IV. Job content:

1. Based on service channels such as customer after-sales IM groups, telephones, and work orders, provide timely and professional responses and answers to customer questions 24/7.

2. Analyze and handle problems such as networks/load balancing/content acceleration/servers/storage/databases in combination with customer application scenarios.

3. Continuously learn and improve professionalism, continuously increase the first-time problem resolution rate, and provide professional technical services that satisfy customers.

4. Actively understand and identify customers' urgent and important events, and conduct effective upgrade processing in accordance with specifications to avoid amplification of customer losses.
