Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Kuching

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. Key duties include processing invoices, preparing financial reports, handling tax and e-invoicing.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Compliance & Record Keeping

- ensure accounting records comply with company policies

- accounting standards and statutory requirements

- maintaining organized filing systems

- ensuring confidentiality of all financial matters

Bookkeeping & General Ledger

- maintain accurate financial records; daily transactions, payments and receipts

- manage sundry payables and receivables, fixed assets, cash flow, bank/merchant matters and journal entries

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

- process invoices

- verify supporting documents

- ensure timely payments

- ensure collections are accurately recorded in the accounting system

E-Invoicing and Tax Compliance

- prepare and submit e-invoices

- assist in tax preparation

Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or its equivalent
• 2-3 years of work experience in related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of accounting software an added advantage
• Attention to details, able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skill, good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
