Repair and maintenance of doors and windows: ​

• Fixing loose hinges, handles, and locks​
• Adjusting and realigning doors and windows​​

Plumbing tasks: ​

• Unclogging drains and toilets​
• Fixing leaky faucets and pipes​
• Replacing washers and O-rings​
• Installing new plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, showerheads)​​

Electrical work: ​

• Replacing light bulbs, switches, and outlets​
• First level responding and repairing minor electrical issues​
• Laying and setting up extension points for Event Setup

Drywall and painting: ​

• Patching and repairing drywall holes and cracks​
• Sanding and preparing surfaces for painting​
• Applying paint touch-ups

Carpentry and furniture assembly: ​

• Assembling and installing small shelves, cabinets, and other small furniture​
• Repairing and reinforcing furniture​​

Working hours
Mon – Friday (9am – 6pm). Saturday (9am – 1pm).​
Exclude Sunday and PH but on standby​
​

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as Building Technician/Handyman
• Certificate in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from College or Vocational School
