DESIGNATION : Care Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support individualized programs for our clients, tailored to their needs.
• Help with daily plans and materials preparation to keep things running smoothly.
• Oversee daily activities, ensuring our clients are well cared for and engaged.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for a safe and healthy environment.
• Create a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere in our classroom.
• Supervise field trips and recreational activities, making sure everyone stays safe and has fun.
• Uphold professionalism at all times, contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
• Provide additional support as needed, addressing any challenges our clients may face.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum qualification of SPM or its equivalent is necessary.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential.
• Previous experience in caring for special needs students is advantageous.

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am 5:00 pm (inclusive 1 hour lunch break)
