Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru (Open for East Malaysians)

Job Descriptions:

• Delivering excellent customer service to customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat & email;
• Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
• Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company’s product.

Requirements:

• Good English & Mandarin communication skills is compulsory (spoken & written).
• Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;.
