Store operations: Handle billing transactions, documentation, SIM activation, stock management, and CRM systems. Target achievement: Meet monthly KPIs (sales targets, conversion rate, upselling). Compliance: Ensure proper KYC (identity verification) and regulatory requirements are followed.
Key skills required Strong sales and persuasion skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic tech knowledge (mobile devices, telco plans, fibre services) Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Customer handling and problem-solving ability
