Jawatan Kosong Marketing Executive in George Town

Overview:

As our Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our presence, using a variety of platforms to increase our brand visibility, engagement and audience reach. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, executing marketing campaigns, and fostering community interaction that aligns with our artistic vision.

Job Type: Part-time, hybrid work setting

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy

• Produce a variety of content, including text, images, short reels and videos, tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Dive into the archives to curate nostalgic or educational content.
• Create content that aligns with current trends or storytelling strategies.
• Work with the team to ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Campaign Management

• Execute social media campaigns to promote events, ticket sales, workshops and educational programmes.
• Implement social media strategies aligned with organisational goals and performance metrics.
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum impact.

Operational and Administrative

• Assist with the coordination and logistics of marketing events, workshops and educational programmes.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing materials, events and other promotional needs.
• Attend productions and workshops to capture real-time content and ensure that each production is supported with fresh social content.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of social media management experience, preferably in the arts, entertainment or cultural sector.
• Proficiency with graphic design and/or video editing tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods.
