Jawatan Kosong Accounts Executive in Kota Kinabalu

• Handle full sets of accounts efficiently, accurately and on a timely manner but not limited to:
• Maintain general ledger by compiling, analyzing account information and recording asset, liability, revenue and expenses transaction.
• Maintain and balance intercompany accounts by verifying, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Summarize financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and other statements.
• Proper filling system and etc.
• Responsible for daily accounting activities such as check and verifying supplier's invoices, issue payment voucher and other ad-hoc assigned by Superior.
• To handle Account Receivables functions including issuance of official receipt and review aging and related reports.
• To handle Account Payables functions including checking of invoices to ensure timely payment and posting accuracy.
• Preparing and reviewing Internal Control, SOP and compliance documents
• Handling accounting and audit matter, checking on the completeness of invoices etc.
• Handling F&A related matters like monthly routine journals, closing of account, prepare of provision schedules and related reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
