RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Perform structural design and responsible for leading the project team to ensure on-time project delivery and ensure the quality of completed works.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities to lead the entire project team.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Willing to work at irregular hours when necessary.
• Oversee and monitor the projects' operations, cost management, and project manpower planning.
• Liaise with the Sales team on issues relating to the project.
• Provide technical advice on construction and operation issues.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (E&E, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD, Solidworks.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.
• Applicants must be willing to travel interstate or overseas for the position of Project Engineer.
• Preferably Junior Executives (at least 2 years of experience) specializing in M&E, Architecture, Engineering Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
