Job Title: Assistant Purchase cum Admin

Location: Bukit Rambai, Melaka

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Preferred: Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documents.
• Handle general administrative tasks (phones, emails, office supplies).
• Prepare quotations and bills of quantities for clients.
• Communicate fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English.
• Perform additional tasks related to procurement and administration as assigned.
