Jawatan Kosong Administrative Assistant in George Town

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling communications, and maintaining office supplies.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and handle inquiries.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing regular reports and meeting materials.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, and transcribing documents.
• Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and reimbursement claims.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors, actively supporting team and company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs etc.)
• Basic accounting experience, including familiarity with bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• High School diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
