Jawatan Kosong Business Development Executive / Asst Manager in Kulim

Job Purpose / Summary:

To assist the Materials Procurement Manager in the procurement of business and in developing new business opportunities to achieve company goals and objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Present and promote our services to prospective & existing customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customers’ relationships.

• To search and establish a suitable site for warehouse and office.

• To source and interview for warehouse personnel and logistic companies.

• Provide site service support and follow up service to ensure customers satisfaction

• To plan and arrange weekly pick up schedules with customers, and coordinate with team members and other departments

• Assist in identifying markets competitors for Company’s products & services

• Reach out to potential customers through cold calling

• Perform and update the sales data/records into ERP system timely and accurately

• Work closely with Materials Procurement Manger to achieve sales and marketing objectives

• To complete any additional assignments allocated by Management as and when required

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with at least 3 years relevant working experiences

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

• Mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently and self-motivated.

• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation skills

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Internet savvy & minimal IT knowledge.

• Able to travel and relocation if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
