EY LOGISTICS SDN BHD Recruitment November 2026

• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of month-end and year-end financial reports, ensuring accounts are properly updated and maintained.
• Prepare and review consolidated accounts and account groupings.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze annual budgets and financial forecasts, including variance analysis against actual performance.
• Review and submit tax-related matters including CP204 / CP204A, tax provisions and deferred tax.
• Handle ad-hoc financial investigations and respond to queries from statutory authorities when required.
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, and bankers on financial, audit, and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
• Supervise, guide, and monitor the performance and work quality of subordinates.

Requirements:

• Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, providing a solid foundation in accounting principles.
• Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the forwarding/logistics industry, showcasing your expertise in practical accounting tasks.
• Technical skills: Hands-on experience with SQL accounting system and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ensuring efficient data management and analysis.
• Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with SST submission and e-Invoicing requirements, demonstrating your commitment to staying updated with regulatory changes.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
• Attention to detail: Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.
• Independent work: Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently and meeting reporting deadlines.
• Time management: Strong time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
