Jawatan Kosong HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT MALE in Kuala Terengganu

1. To ensure monthly salary administration for employees are carefully and diligently executed within the time frame.

2. To ensure all legal and mandatory deductions are carefully done as per existing labour rules

3. To ensure following Human Resources systems are timely adhered:-

a. Biannual Performance evaluation for Permanent & Temporary staffs.

b. Recognition systems are developed and tied to promotion, bonuses and increment.

4. To ensure all staff progress and status are recorded and updated accurately and properly in the log book such as Resignation & Termination Log Book, Employee Log Book, Promotion/Transfer Log Book etc.

5. To monitor and check staffs punch card and attendance monthly.

6. To process staff resignation and termination and to ensure it is properly recorded and retrieved from active file completed with letter if acceptance of resignation and clearance form.

7. To issue letter pertaining to disciplinary action and record properly.

8. To prepare weekly report.

9. To be in charge of the Human Resources Department filing system.

10. To ensure the confirmation of staff is processed on time and

11. To do typing and filing whenever required.

12. To be empowered into Human Resource Manager functions as & when assigned by the HR Manager, or when he is on leave or on any other official duty.

13. To undertake any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
