We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, organized, and has an eye for detail. Someone who has great communication and interpersonal skills is key for this role. As an Intern, Marketing Operations, you will be based out of our office in Wisma Tune, Damansara Heights. You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis. The role reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations Planner.

A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities.
As part of the Marketing Operations team, You will be the driver and lynchpin of all marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role will play a crucial part in streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and other departments, as well as between regional and country-level marketing teams. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Project Support and Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, events, activations, and video/photo shoots, ensuring tasks align with business objectives.
Help with logistical coordination and execution by supporting teams, vendors, and international partners.
Process Support
Collaborate in streamlining processes for better teamwork across departments and countries.
Update shared task management tools (e.g., Notion) for the marketing team.
Maintain the group marketing calendar and ensure that shared documents and tools are updated and accessible for stakeholders.
Vendor Coordination (Merchandising/Events)
Support in sourcing and communicating with vendors for merchandising and event materials.
Assist in procurement, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of event supplies in line with brand standards.
Campaign Assistance
Help track and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet group-level business goals.
Assist with data collection and reporting for campaigns to monitor progress.
Operational Support
Provide support for operational needs like logistics, merchandise management, and procurement.
Assist in tracking marketing spend and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with cross-functional marketing teams (Demand Generation, Customer Experience, Content Marketing, Brand & Creative, PR & Comms) to ensure alignment and timely task delivery.
Collaborate with other departments such as legal, procurement, finance, and customer care on operational processes.
SKILLS

Resourceful and Self-Starter: Proactive, willing to take initiative, and capable of working independently to solve problems and overcome challenges.
Generalist Skills: Able to see the big picture while paying attention to details, with a foundational understanding of Marketing & Brand principles.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to assist in managing multiple initiatives and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Basic Data Analysis: Willingness to learn and apply data analysis techniques for assessing campaign performance and understanding consumer behavior.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate and share knowledge with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in Marketing Operations and project management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
BONUS: Experience with events, activations, or campaign execution (even through coursework or internships).
BONUS: Exposure to or interest in startup environments.
