Jawatan Kosong Machinist - CNC / Wire Cut Semiconductor Manufacturing in Petaling Jaya

Are you a skilled CNC or Wire Cut Machinist and a passion for precision manufacturing? Job Responsibilities:

• Manufactures or machines products as per specification by operation of computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines
• Program, setup and operates CNC / Wire Cut machines.
• Prepare process sheet, tooling selection and cutting parameter for precision machining of metal and engineering plastic
• Maintain machine, tooling, jig and fixtures
• Maintain and sustain good housekeeping at all time (5S) in the respective area
• Measure and inspect quality of product by using quality inspection and measuring equipment
• Implement cost-saving exercise
• Produce products as per production schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Sijil in Machining, Mechanical or vocational skills or any other relevant course
• 1-3 years of working experience in machining operation is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in CNC (FANUC / Brothers)or Wire Cut (Sodick / Mitsubishi) is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of 5S and kaizen program
• Fast learner and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Able to work in shifts

Location: Kota Damansara

Working Shift: Monday to Friday

Morning Shift: 7AM to 4PM

Afternoon Shift: 3PM to 12AM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
